1976 Airstream Tradewind 25 - North Carolina

Title: 1976 Airstream Tradewind 25 - North Carolina
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Reduced price. Beautifully restored (frame off) 1976 Tradewind for sale. Rebuilt by Bill Sheppard, the Airstream Architect in Birmingham AL.
Hardwood Floors, custom interior with electric fireplace, leather couch, blinds, flat screen TV, stereo, Ikea cabinetry, granite tops. Single bed with workstation opposite that can easily be converted back to 2 twin beds. All accessories included.
Electrical and plumbing recently checked and everything was in working order. Fridge, wine cooler and toaster oven, 2 burner propane stovetop. Toilet never used. Black/grey/fresh water tanks. Propane tank cover and generator included. Custom skylights. Awning. Automatic hitch. No smoking or pets.
Would make a wonderful "man cave", office or guest house.
Has minor hail marks but in my opinion does not detract from how gorgeous this one is.
I recently checked on the trailer and it has a small leak and I would suggest the buyer have it resealed. I have just reduced the price by $2000 so that should more than cover the cost of sealing.
It needs a new twin mattress, I will get a new one for you or take an additional $500 off if you want to get your own.
It also had 2 flat tires so I am taking it to have all new tires put on and the bearings re-packed. It will be road ready to tow anywhere.
A must see! Pictures do not do it justice.
Clear NC title in hand.
You can contact us by filling in the form on the right hand column of the ad listing:

I also have an AS for sale on this site. I have sellers contact me to let me know they like what we have done. Really? However, you have done a remarkable job. I LOVE our Airstreams and would keep them all but do not have the land! Good Luck! We know how much work it takes to get to the level of excellence!
