1975 Airstream Overlander 27 - Texas

Title: 1975 Airstream Overlander 27 - Texas
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

1975 Airstream Overlander 27' rear bath, center full bed. Great trailer ready for camping. All new fresh water plumbing (PEX) to include faucets, pressure regulator and toilet flush valve, new tires, new gas hoses, original furnace in good condition and not one of the ones recalled, catalytic heater, newer 110vac/gas (no pilot) 10 gallon hot water heater, newer 3 way fridge, newer AC works great, new factory curtains, new battery charger, new side crank tongue jack and new break-away switch. No leaks from the black or gray dump valves. Newer laminate flooring from a PO and no sub-floor damage found. 23 inch flat-screen TV and DVD/Blueray player mounted near the goucho. The upholstery is in good condition. The awning frame is good, but the cloth needs replacing. The wheel bearings were serviced and the brakes adjusted last fall. It comes with a Reese Equalizing Hitch. It does have some dents - front two corners, rear curb side, and banana wraps in places. Also included is a "blue boy" tote, original owners manual, manuals for appliances, 30# gas bottles with current inspection and filled, and skirting for cold weather. Inter-vehicle connection updated and uses a seven pin jack on the trailer, all running lights work.
For your tow vehicle planning the following specifications:
Factory weight - 4600# (actual weight of the trailer)
GVWR - 6200# (maximum weight)
Tongue weight - 500#
By the serial number this trailer was originally a twin bed. A previous owner made the change.
Selling due to a huge change in plans. We used to live in Colorado, but recently moved to Texas. The Airstream followed us.
