I am the 2nd owner of this trailer. The trailer it self is in pretty good shape. The trailer is almost 100% original, with the exception of the flooring. We just put down laminate wood flooring. We have all the original paper work and books. We have put new tires, new battery, and 7 way plug. the trailer can go camping right now or is a very great candidate for a restoration project.
