1974 Airstream Overlander Double, located 65 miles west of Washington, DC. Outside aluminum is in very good condition with only standard minor road rash/dings on the front of the trailer. Clear coat on passenger side in very good condition, though drivers side has standard breakdown for a 1974 trailer. Over the past year the following has been done to the trailer: New Trailer Tow Connectors (both trailer/vehicle ends), New Break-a-Way Switch, New Propane Tanks, New Running Lights and Lenses, New Tires, New Backing Plates, New Intellivolt, New Water Heater, New Awning Fabric, New Flooring, New Curtains, New Upholstery and New Overhead Light Lenses. The following has been serviced and in/or working order over the past year: Wheel Bearings, Refrigerator, Original AC Unit, Furnace, Stove, Oven, Water Pump, Toilet and Trailer Battery. After all the work was performed on the trailer it was used to travel the National Road from Cumberland, MD to Vandalia, IL and back traveling 1,500-2,000 miles with no problems as a “shake-out” run. This trailer is “Hook-Up and Go” ready. Very nice clean trailer ready for the next family/couple/owner to go and enjoy.
