Ready to use. All systems are in working order including those for "boondocking" or no-connection camping. The camper has been very well maintained and records are on-hand. Owner's and service manuals are also on-hand. This is rated as a 27ft camper. I sleeps 4 on fold-out couches. There is a double bed in the front and a double in the middle of the camper. A non-original bunk cot has been added as well and will sleep a 5th person under 100lbs. There are upgrades throughout the camper. The bathroom has been partially remodeled, the kitchen and galley areas totally remodeled including custom made cabinets, newer range / oven, and a Norcold fridge/freezer. There are wood floors throughout, except the bathroom. Two of the original factory roof vents have been replaced with rain-sensing Fantastic Fans. Awnings are present at all windows and rock protector shade at the front. It has the vista-view windows. If the purchaser is in Ohio, then the year-specific historical registration goes with it. The camper has not been parked seasonally at a campground. We have always traveled with it. When not travelling, it was stored inside. A list of recently replaced or repaired items is as follows:

2013: 4 new tires, 2 new brake plates, power converter / battery charger
