I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Apparently rare Rear bedroom 20ft Argosy
1. All windows are in great condition including windshields
2. New windshield seals installed.
3. Completely new floor including new aluminum underbelly, new custom fabricated steel floor frame, 2 inches of Styrofoam insulation, new hardwood plywood subfloor.
4. Door, steps, and body in very good / great condition and complete.
5. Chevy 350 commercial truck engine and transmission has been tuned and runs perfectly.
6. Tires are in good condition.
7. complete interior is included, interior body panels, interior ceiling panels, shelving, trim, all included but not installed.
8. Airstream corner Freshwater tank, grey water tank, and black water tank included.
9. All original electrical panel included.
10. Awning in excellent condition included
11. Driver and passenger captains chairs included
12. All gauges work as to running lights (headlights, break, tail, backup lights).
13. Corner sink, shower pan, etc included but not installed.
14. Hot water heater included.
15. Original table mount and top.
Missing / Disposed of during restoration:
1. refrigerator
2. original bed
3. generator
4. propane tank (have the original but its out of date)
Chassis, running gear underwent complete service in prep for this sale.
I was building this coach for me. We started with the chassis and drivetrain, moved to the floor. Separated the body from the floor, removed old flooring, cut out all old steel-subfloor.
Now that chassis is in order and the floor assembly is installed, its time to sell. Would make an amazing food truck, mobile office, or can continue the renovation for a complete, water-tight, reliable coach. Additional photos emailed upon request.
