I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Remodeled vintage travel trailer in good condition. Rear bath center bedroom model.
Flooring was stripped out, subfloor damage near the door was replaced, new bamboo flooring installed. Original gaucho (sofa bed) removed and replaced with full-sized futon. Lovely pine built-in desk/workspace in living room compartment.
Twin beds in center compartment replaced with built-in full-sized bed. Bathroom shower and floor are tiled now. Exterior is in original condition and has not been polished, but it is a fairly straightfoward and inexpensive process to do so.
Original working oven and refrigerator (which can run on electric or propane). Original working furnace does need to be serviced and cleaned for optimal performance. Once had an additional propane heater which has been removed and piping will need to be capped, which should be easy.
Has original working radio. Has working electric tongue jack.
New screens in all but two windows. All windows original & intact. Rear bath is original but painted. Cool vintage accessories in bath, stripped from a 1930s house (bath tissue holder, soap holder and toothbrush/cup holder).
Water was never used, so no experience with that system. Toilet/plumbing was replaced new just before I bought it. Electric was updated and new tires/brakes put on just before I bought it in Nov 2012. Tires will need air. Tows smoothly. Electricity was working well but I believe a few fuses have been blown and need to be replaced in fuse box. New air conditioner works extremely well. Fabric awnings are in excellent shape.
Comes with new drinking water hose for hookup, sway bar for towing, and electrical cord and connection for hooking up at campsites.
Clean title.
