Matilda, ours for the past 3.5 yrs is a 4000 lb single axle Globetrotter upon which we have made system and aesthetic upgrades. This is a California trailer with no rust and great skin. We have made the following upgrades: new axle, brakes, wheel bearings, stainless flex gas lines, water pump, window screens, tinting and weather stripping, fantastic fan, curtains, upholstery, LED lights, custom fit memory foam queen bed, ac/dc converter, classic rope and pole awning, corian counter and sink and light colored laminate flooring. Everything works including the original gas (propane} gas 3 burner stove and oven, gas/electric refer, gas trailer and hot water heater and the electric tongue jack. We have the owners and service manuals. Comes with all the little accessories like speed wrench for stabilizers, 30 amp power cord, elite eze-lift leveling trailer hitch, sewer and fresh water hoses, etc, etc, etc. Also have a 2006 Tundra 4x4, tow package with 7500 lbs tow rating for sale - $12,500. Why? Going sailing.
