Ready to roll or a great starter for renovation! Electric is working, but AC unit needs to be replaced. Water and gas is ready for hook-up. Sleeps a total of 5 with full size pull out in front and 2 twin beds with an additional bunker cot hook up. Very clean and needs very little work to make into a real gem!
