This will make an excellent project trailer. The interior was pulled which revealed a damaged sub floor so the shell was removed to restore the foundation. The chassis was in great condition, although it did need a little welding in a couple spots for reinforcement. The excess rust was removed and the entire chassis was painted with approxamatily 3 to 4 coats of Magnet Paints Chassis Saver UCP99 Gloss Black.
The wast tank tray was of no use. The insulation and metal was obviously finished. So a brand new tray was fabricated, painted, and insulated. A brand new abs plastic wast tank was installed from INCA Plastics. As well as a brand new Valterra T1003VPM 3" wast tank valve. In order to create lasting value and quality a brand new sub floor was installed using ¾" ABX Marine grade Plywood and then coated with Kills primer, especially around the edges to bond a lasting seal. Along with a set of brand new wheel wells. The subfloor was then fitted with new elevator bolts. To make things better, this trailer comes with a much newer set of axles. As well as a Colman-Mach 15 Air Conditioner with a Colman-Mach 9330E715 Ceiling Assembly. Also included is a 2009 Atwood G10-2 10gal Water Heater. All fees have been paid with updated stickers and registration. Please email for questions.
