completed a more than $21,000 shell-off restoration from the trailer floor to the ground including new subfloor, new c-channel, new grey tanks and valves, new insulation, complete frame and wheel well restoration and reinforcement, new bellypan, new axle and brakes, and much more. Over 200 photos are available that document this work and the condition of the trailer when I purchased it.

In addition, the original interior is largely intact and ready to complete a full restoration. All woodwork has either been kept because it was in good condition or it was replicated and is brand new. The fiberglass bathroom is in good condition with no cracks. Because we planned to do a complete restoration any non-operative appliances or non-original appliances were not saved. So you will need to replace the stove/oven, refrigerator, toilet, and water heater. All windows are in good working order. Main door and screen are also in good working order. Original stone screen on front window is intact. Two thirty-pound Worthington propane tanks are included. Awning and poles are included. Jacks are included.
At this point, the trailer is completely empty with the interior walls and insulation removed. It is ready for rewiring, new plumbing, new wall insulation, and replacement of the existing interior walls. Work that has been done recently is replacement of Olympic blind rivets with original aircraft rivets on front quarter panel that was replaced sometime in the past; replacement of leaky rivets on body/window frames; replacement of refrigerator vent; replacement of fantastic fans and frames; and installation of new replacement lexan rear-turn signal/brake housings.
