The exterior is an 8 or 9 not perfect a few dents behind the door.
Floors have been redone during the restoration, they're bamboo and still pretty nice. Propane stove works. Fridge was propane, but doesn't light so its an icebox. Toilet doesn't work and it comes with a portable loo that fits in the restroom.
TV, stereo, A/C, running lights, water heater all work. It has no holding tank, so showers have to be with biodegradable soaps, or while hooked up.
Our family has built many memories with her, and it's time for another family to enjoy!
