I've lived in it for 8 months in west Texas while working on the pipeline.
My intent was to put bamboo floors in it and butcher block countertops and newer cabinets.
It has a full size residential toilet.
All plumbing has been replaced with PEX (will last forever)
It has aluminum propane tanks. Electrical has been redone with modern breaker box.
New hot water heater.
Front window leaks slowly in heavy rain, only reason I haven't pulled it out and fixed it is with me being in west Texas it really rains about once every few months.
Pulls good, had the bearings done in June '14 before I pulled it 1200 miles out here.
