This little beauty is a real Gem! Vintage charm with modern updates!!!
Length: 24 foot from bumper to hitch - Interior space approximately 21 feet
Handling & Mechanical: Single axle, trailer brakes work great, weight approximately 3500 lbs with a tongue weight of 340 lbs, takes a two inch ball, tires in good shape, recently towed on a 2000 mile trip performed flawlessly, running lights all new and working, trailer cable re-wired with 7 blade for modern vehicle.
Flooring: original plywood was in amazing shape with no soft spots - new luxury vinyl plank in gray faux wood throughout.
Cabinetry: all original with some minor repairs and all stained dark chocolate brown.
Countertops: lightweight skimcoat concrete (kitchen & dresser).
Windows & Doors: all seals, trim, screens are new and some hardware was replaced so everything is in great working order, two ceiling vents one with original fan in working order, Astrodome skylight.
Appliances: new Samsung 24" TV wall mounted, new fridge (110V only) and 6 gallon Atwood hot water heater (electric currently working can be hooked up to propane as well); induction electrical burner with pan included.
Plumbing: all replaced with new pex throughout, new waste water line, new 12volt pump, original 12 gallon aluminium fresh water tank, new kitchen faucet compliments original sink.
Toilet: replaced with Natures Head composting toilet.
Electrical: new breaker box, all new outlets, 12volt lights work throughout as well as 110volt lights when plugged into shore power, new 30 amp Furrion shore power connection, new 12volt battery, 30 foot 30 amp power cord included.
Walls: all painted a light gray and this color palette is accented throughout; new privacy doors at bathroom and bedroom.
Fabrics: headboard, curtains, and accent pillows all new custom with matching fabrics.
Click Clak Sofa: converts to full size sleeper.
Storage: his and her closets, 4 drawer dresser, 3 large under bed drawers, overhead cabinets in bedroom and kitchen, pantry, utility drawers in kitchen, custom bench with storage & seating in bathroom, ottoman with storage.
Bathroom: original tub repainted white, fixtures repaired and/or updated, custom shower curtain.
Mattress: new 8" memory foam cut to fit antique full 48x72.
Badging: all new and old ones included.
Cons: main door handle original bargman L77 works except for the lock with extremely rare hard to find parts we use a padlock; infrared electric free standing heater is the only heat source but works great and you could easily add a catalytic heater if desired.
Title in hand.
Overall this trailer is an amazing survivor brought back to life - a must see!!!
