1953 Airstream Cruiser travel trailer
Serial 0-4032
Will consider any cash offer.
Built during the first full year of production at the Ohio plant.
25 foot long bumper to tongue
7 foot wide.
Good body condition
Interior remodeled keeping what I could original.
Previous owner had gutted it and didn't save the parts so I had no patterns or original appliances to work from.
Many updates.
New AC last year. Force air gas furnace, Gas/electric fridge, gas stove and oven, range hood original and working. Dual 30 lb propane bottles, 2 golf cart batteries, 700 watt inverter. Completely Rewired 120 volt system with 30 amp RV cord to plug it in.
Tires good for a few more years, good tread.
Axle replaced about 5 years ago.
Sub floor replaced.
Some cabinets still original.
I know the names of the original owners that purchased it back in
1954, Robert and Iselee Fox, who also attended two caravans to Mexico with Mr Wally Byam. One in the winter of
1956 and another in
1958.
