Original chrome plumbing fixtures. Functioning original gas stove and oven with new propane tanks. No water/septic tanks - not made with grey or black tanks, fresh water tank removed. New window seals. Trailer is water tight. New oak floors and retro tile kitchen and bath. New tires and wheel bearings, towed 3,000 miles without issues in 2016. Full size bed with drawers reconstructed from original twin beds. Custom memory foam mattress. Original cabinets, counters, drawers, doors, and closets. Made here in Los Angeles 65 years ago, it's been well-loved & and is ready for the next adventure.
