Can you take some close ups of how they did the hinges for you? Mine need some love soon. Looks like they took their time with your project!

There will be another version of the hatch back (EB, Pendleton) on the way. It will be another partnership with a company, with their style and branding, but still a secret.
I thought of "Hello Kitty", as a humorous design, but I think it will be more sports/outdoor.
Just MY guess, but Cabellas/Bass Pro shops/North Face could be a contender, , ,
Did they indicate whether this will be a permanent model (like the Eddie Bauer) or a special edition like the Pendleton? Or how soon it will be released?

Seems they had been in discussions with Orvis at one time. Perhaps that may be the new model?

Another company who seems to do these license deals is L.L. Bean.

Trying to listen between the lines of someone trying to keep a secret, yet share a teaser is a bit difficult.
I would look for the new model to surface no later than this spring.

Sure thing. Here you go. First two pics are the hinge mounts on the frame. Only singles and as you can see they are already bent. (Perhaps Airstream needs to engineer a custom mount?)

Next three images are of the doubled hinge mounts on the door.

Yes, we roll our bike forward a bit if its the GS; if the lighter 250 Yamaha, we just use the d-rings ... not sure I'd want to transport the HD, however.

The thread in the link has been deleted from Airforums.

The dealers who posted premature photos of the unit have deleted their listings.

All mentions of the, ummm... "Schommy Shmahama" (spelling changed to confuse our Airstream overlords) have been scrubbed from the interwebz .

A new trailer will be announced when the high-up muckeymucks are good and ready.

Still, I heard rumors of carpet & wallpaper. That's a step backwards, no matter what kind of double-secret launch they have planned.

. . . for a lot more money than the Eddie Bauer upgrade. And Tommy nor Natl Park have the versatility of Eddie where you could easily unbolt the rear seating and put in whatever temporary or permanent living or carrying arrangement that suits you.

It was the true Swiss Army Knife, they ought to offer something similar again.

The big door...

I collect old chandeliers, go in Europe an auctions. The big door is necessary for the transport!
