ARF - congratulations, and how cool! We would love to see pictures of the hatch on a Flying Cloud! Curious if they implemented it any differently than the OEM version of the hatch.

Flying Eddie pics
I will try to take an upload some pics next week.
Our dealer (CanAm) used the OEM hatch from Airstream. All identical to the EB and Pendleton door including the pull down screen. Slight mods to the bench cushions to allow for the screen frame. CanAm thoughtfully relocated the rear power outlets to the side. CanAm even doubled up on the lift brackets because they noticed these bent on the EBs. I also ordered the rear bumper mat.

Oops-Sorry. We've been distracted packing up our home and heading on the road for a year. I'll take some pics today then figure out how to upload.

Alumafandango last week, we were treated to a skype call with Justin Humphries of Airstream on the new models and sales projections.
There will be another version of the hatch back (EB, Pendleton) on the way. It will be another partnership with a company, with their style and branding, but still a secret.
I thought of "Hello Kitty", as a humorous design, but I think it will be more sports/outdoor.
Just MY guess, but Cabellas/Bass Pro shops/North Face could be a contender, , ,

I'm new to all this and only recently started researching campers. Can you put a motorcycle in the back of an Eddie Bauer edition Airstreamer?

It certainly wasn't designed for a motorcycle, I think they had lighter gear like a kayak and bicycles in mind. It can be dangerous to load heavy gear towards the back of a trailer, an imbalance that can make the trailer susceptible to a sudden and uncontrollable sway condition.

I carry a newer Triumph in mine, pix in my gallery. Bike front wheel is slightly more forward of the back AS axle. The bikes back axle is in line with the rear edge of the entry door.
