3rd owner. bad roof leak.repaired leak,still repairing damage

Exterior

leaks fixed eterna bond. great stuff.added metal support on roof for bi-fold door. wood rot due to leaks.

Interior

added 6" plastic wood grain white trim to cover where seams are spliting, due to leaks.

Other Information

had to remove antenna housing, due to rotted wood, will repair with metal in spring.
