Overview We purchased this 1972 Land Yacht in January of 2016 in Mesa. It was pretty funky inside and leaked. It has been a project to get it home up to Washington, stop all the leaks, and gut the interior which smelled and was mostly falling apart.

Customization

I learned how to make custom draperies and shades on You Tube. The drapes in the front of the trailer are pinch-pleated. The shades in the bedroom are the same fabric as the bedspread and are roman shades that go up and down. The rest of the window coverings are blinds.
