Hi, I'm David, and the handsome guy in the shorts is my partner of 12+ years David. (No typo, same first name. ) We're in Fort Worth, TX.
For the moment we're trailerless. I've had aluminum lust for years, but we've had other priorities. In a couple of weeks we'll find out where he's doing his residency and that'll help us decide how long it'll be before we can have a big money-sucking toy.
You can tell by looking that we like to eat... we like to cook as well (convenient, right?) I'm a lifelong gearhead and professional computer geek. He's a licensed Paramedic and soon to be an ER doctor.
We have 2 beasties in the family; Chloe, a Smooth Fox Terrier who's 12 and Trudy, a Bull Terrier who's 8ish. (The Bully was a rescue, so we're not sure of her age.)
Hi, I'm Peter and my partner is Scott, 17 years and counting, and we share our lives with Helen, our very large cat, and Maggie, our Parson Russell Terrier. I talked Scott into letting me buy a 64 Globetrotter years ago, and after endless leaks and repairs we're finally getting it out on the road. We live on the Sonoma coast and I'm curious to meet other people to camp with, around northern CA. We tow the 1964 Globetrotter with a Tundra, but I have a '68 Dodge Dart convertible that I'd love to tow with. Our first ever camping trip was Casini ranch last year, and we are both now hooked. We met such cool people and loved the community feeling of camping in a group and look forward to doing more. Who else is in CA?
Terry and Greg here Greg in the beret and Terry in the c'boy hat at the Dead Horse 5 Rally. (Pic courtesy of PWS.) We're working on 29 years. We hit the road with our Bambi as often as we can, and have made so many good friends (Friends of Dorothy and otherwise) through our Airstream adventures... We're members of the 4CUnit and enjoy every opportunity we have to go camping with this gang of happy campers which is known for its good times and its laid back, inclusive nature. Our blonde cocker Sadie is our constant side-kick and enjoys the Airstream adventure as much as we do.
Happy trails ... and we hope to see you down the road!
I want everyone to thank Air Forums for doing this for us, they are the best!
I'm Brad (the one with aluminumitis) and my better half of 14 years is Zell (the blonde one). We love the Bambi and enjoy meeting everyone we've camped with. Were hosting our first Air Forums rally in April and it's a great rally. Airstreamers are a very fun diverse group!
Thanks everyone for building up this thread over the last year!
i'm michele and my partner of 32 yrs is carol, about 7ys diff between us. we love the airstream,az,and our dog yoti 3yrs old and full of it. we greatly enjoy the welcoming 4CU which we joined as our home unit.
Hi I'm Brian and my partner of 14 years, Mark. We're in Chicago. We and our little trailer dog Sparky love to travel in the Lincoln pulling our '06 22' CCD. Our irst trip in 2009 was 10,000 miles! Hope to see you all down the road!
Cameron here. I live in North Vancouver, British Columbia with my two Labs Kai and Samm. I've not had my '72 Tradewind on the road yet. It served as my home whilst building my house and now it serves as storage until I can get my garage built. So far it looks as though I'm the only one traveling 'solo'.
This is me picking up Samm from the airport to spend his life with me and Kai.
Here are my boys:
And here's the trailer all dolled up for Christmas. She made a cozy home while the house was under construction:

Hi gang, I am an avid camper since I can remember. My parents taught me the love of travel, and camping. On my own, I have included hiking and nature loving into the mix. Last year I bought my Airstream, a 73 Tradewind. I had the bug for a long time, my best friend Renee is my camping partner, together we have been many places. Now these places will be new experiences in the TW. Here we are on our first Airstrean voyage. MPJ
This is awesome! I"m Mike and I've been trailer camping all my life. My partner, Tom camped with his family earlier in his life but had not been in to it until we met.
I've had Airstreams (four at last count) for over 20 years and we currently love our 30' Classic and enjoy it with our rescue mutt (lab/pit/who knows what) Bruno.
I'm a retired deputy sheriff (34 years) and now back on active duty in the Air Force Reserve which I'm going to retire from next year. Tom is a high school teacher and has about 14 or so years to go before "punches out" as we say in the flying biz.
In addition to hitting the road in the Airstream we enjoy gardening, well, Tom does...i play along! I'm a aviation nut...love all stuff airplane and sometimes Tom plays along! I like doing stuff around the house, fixing, building, etc. My first two Airstreams were restorations and I'm getting the bug again. Tom is very busy with school stuff during the school year so most of our Airstreaming is during his summer vacation.
I'm going to save the rest for when we meet you lovely people on the road and I can make your aquintance while I enjoy a martini with you!
See you on the road!
Mike
PS...Me and Bruno....and our rig!

Our smaller dog, the Smooth Fox Terrier, is actually happy to lie right next to one of us on a chair or couch as long as she's touching at least one of us. The BIG one (a 55-lb Bull Terrier) is the one who actually want to be IN my lap.
Sadie, our cocker, is odd about lap-sitting... She does not enjoy sitting in our laps when we're at home ... but when we are camping it's different. She is perfectly happy sitting in our laps, especially around the campfire. Go figure. I guess at home there are better comfy-soft places for her to nap. (Annie, our other cocker who we lost last Nov was the same way.)
Holy Cow. Been on this forum for years, and never saw this one. Chris and I have been airstreaming together for almost 12 years. We have been active in our local Unit since 2003. Great to see you all.

I am Louis and my partner Sergio and I have been together for nearly 8 years. I am originally from the midwest and absolutely love the desert. Sergio is an Arizona Native. Our trailer is a 1962 Ambassador that we have owned for the past 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. We are members of the 4CU and have found a nice and welcoming bunch of folks that we enjoy camping with. We travel with our two maltese/poodle mix dogs Riley and Audrey.
