Hey everyone --
Not intending to step foot on the annual Arkansas rally in June - which I might actually be able to attend next year (if there is one announced
), I want to see if folks would be up to an impromptu rally the first week of May of 2017 on the US East Coast, mid-Atlantic area.
I have my shareholder duties to co-host at the Virginia Highland Haven Airstream Farm Park in the mountains south of Roanoke, near the Blue Ridge Parkway that week, and thought I'd see who may be interested in a week, or weekend, of socializing, camaraderie, Va wine country, hikes (multiple waterfall trails in the region, including one close to the park on Nature Conservatory lands, a second fantastic one an hours drive away (and of course, the park's two separate falls sections.)
If it's a small group (3-5,) we'd look at impromptu one-off reservations; if larger interest, it would be more formalized with VHH sanctioning support.
I find any excuse to rally is an excuse well taken. Who knows - maybe we can dot a series of these all over the nation throughout the summer.
