Are the yurts all booked? That might not be as full-service as a hotel but it'd get them at the campground at least.

I sure wish we could make it. Looks like a fun group.
But with Mrs. S in nursing school it will be hard for us to make a rally this year.
I thought I might be able to make an escape by telling Mrs S I was going to visit Lawchick but looking at my schedule I'll be flying in that very weekend from whatever part of the other side of the globe I might be on.
I'll be looking to catch you guys again in the future. Y'all were just to much fun to be around.

Hi..earlier mitch had mentioned there was an airstream coming to the rally from Athens, Ga. How would I find out who? Would be nice to make an airstream buddy nearby

I can't tell you guys what a help the forums have been, it's saved me over $400 so far and already have the info i need to keep on saving. =)
I'm getting my new furnace installed tuesday, and then my "new to me" magic chef. And getting a whole "once over" by the rv professional that's putting in my furnace. So getting my generators is my next expensive step, but the info from here has me in the right direction.

Sounds like it's shaping up to be a great rally. But we can't commit yet. Too many commitments with work right now. Possibly as it gets closer we will be able to participate ... if any sites are still available at that time.

YOU HAVE TO COME!!! Go ahead and call and make a reservation and you can cancel without any $$ as long as you do it within 72 hours. besides, we need the magaritia machine and the owners to come along with it! I hope you can make it.

Well , I'm still on track to making the rally. I spent two whole days working on the plumbing and repaired 4 leaks. I still have to replace the PRV in the back but otherwise I'm water tight in that dept. The next couple of days I'm working on the LP system. I have replaced the furnace and the stove, and found a leak in the system underneath, so today going to buy some new pipe and fittings and fix that. Then I have to replace the power converter and buy generators before the trip. I'll be functional if that happens, but a long way from finished
