We're going to it again next year and for our Northern brothers and sisters, Arkansas is one beautiful state and were also a lot of fun so plan early and I will be setting it up in a few weeks! A great time is pretty much guaranteed!!

Brad you and Zell did a GREAT job. We had a blast! We enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new ones

We were asked about the Fall Rally in Branson, everyone is invited, and we hope to see many of you in the fall.

I'm citing you for false modesty... while our crowd DEFINITELY is a huge part of making the FoD rallies great fun, you and Zell do WAY more than just get us together. You throw a hell of a party!

Well thanks David! We have fun doing it and I just thinks its cool to watch everyone have fun and meet new friends. Now two a year....no way but one I have enough energy for.

Brad, funny you mention two a year. I was thinking that we might need a winter FOD rally somewhere in the south (like maybe in central Texas?).

Hmm... I hear Inks Lake SP is nice, and I know it has lots of sites. It's a bit remote, though... McKinney Falls SP is close to Austin but quite a bit smaller. Has it rained enough for that to be greenish again? I'm guessing we couldn't get enough spaces at Pecan Grove, and that foo-foo place out by Lake Travis is probably a) filled with snowbirds in the winter and b) wouldn't let me bring my old Argosy anyway. Can you think of someplace that's a better combination? One of the commercial places around San Marcos would have space, if they're open in the winter... I'm sure there's not a lot of tubing going on in the winter.

Oh, did I say this sounds like an appealing idea?
