Our schedule looks clear. And the campground looks very nice. We just returned from a month long Airstream adventure last night & can't wait to hit the road again!!
As my Hubby does all of the finances & campground bookings, I'll have him gather any/all info on this event tonight, while I'm @ work & we'll make our decision from there.

I presume it's a pet friendly park. Any restrictions to know about? One of our Pups is a Rottie & we know (from experience) some parks won't accept them. Even though she's a lamb.

We bring all three of our kids along. We have a Malamute, Samoyed and a Pit. All in a 22 foot trailer! No problems so far!

And all with no dog hair in the trailer! I think they have a magic wand that make all the hair disappear!

Well, we always travel with Dave's Rottie & a lil 5lb Poodle I/we inherited. But we want to add our Pug-Pom mix as well. And he REALLY sheds!!

Klate has the perfect thing for hair! I got one too from tractor supply, it's a mitt that reall take hair off everything! That and a good vac and your all set. we hope y'all make it to the rally.

Well, I only work Fri/Sat/Sun nights. So if I take that weekend off, we can come up a few days early & stay a few days afterwards. And/or visit my Sis in CenLa. ItDOES sound like a good time. We recently became WBCCI members & plan on also joining the VAC as well. I'm VERY happy to announce that we were able to reclaim the original #s for our Airstream (8090). They were extra specially dear to us, because our house # is 809.
We joined as Members @ Large, because we didn't really know anyone else w/an Airstream. But the New Orleans chapter of the WBCCI really went out of their way to welcome us. So we changed our status to join them. So far, we love it!

Here is the updated list for the rally. 13 confirmed and we have 10 sites still open on the lake front. We have some time (June) but if you want in the drawing for the watch you have to sign up by the end of February.

Also this year we are going to do door prizes and only a few raffle items (way too much time raffling off the loot) so everyone will get a "prize" and if you don't like what you got you can trade

Ok, we're slowly figuring things out. I successfully navigated the RSVP link. And we'll call & book with the campground tomorrow. Gotta head in for my big 1pm-5am shift today. Ugh

Work does get in the way! On the sites all of them are built for big rigs with full hookups and the all sites have a lot of grass for the pups. Any site you choose will be a good one. When you book just let me know which site your in. 117 looks wider than most.

Glad you like the NOLA unit What a great group of people! It is also the only group that has drank us under the table!! Much better than being members at large. Give Helen and Lonnie a big hug from Dave and Felicia when you see them; hope they remember us!
