We have gone to blue beacon and were pretty happy with the result. They have a brightener I didn't do. They said it would etch polished aluminum. And a side note. If the cleaning service is scheduled by anyone can they please make the appointment for the afternoon. Not everyone is an early bird!

We are on site. Park looks great. Weather is fine. Enjoying cocktails under the awning.

I envy you!!

Could you do me a favor and do some scouting? I was curious if the pavilion where we are going to do the Thursday night soiree has electric outlets (to plug in speakers and Ipod; Gas grills ( I think someone mentioned them in a previous post), and how far is it from the sites (for logistics to get stuff from trailer/truck).

Short walk to pavilion. A pickup works will for setting up. There is parking there. I sat up karaoke last year and power was fine. I have a few cords and power strip. No worries.

We are all loaded and ready to hit road in the morning after I work a few hours. Can't wait to see everyone! ;-)

We can't wait! Packing up tomorrow and hitting the road early Thursday! We closed on a new home last Wednesday and for a desperate moment we thought about cancelling when we came up with our to-do list... sure glad we didn't!

Looks like the weather is improving.

And on Friday Night our local AIR member informed me that its First Friday and all the galleries are open late. Hot Springs is a cute little town and I'm sure it may be a fun event. See y'all soon!

Ok Gang, we need your help... We have been hauling around this huge white ice chest full of beer. It's what we used to serve @ our Fr Qtr parties, before we recently closed down The Bear Trap. Can y'all PLEASE help us out by drinkin' up this FREE BEER during the Rally!!
Also- We held back a few of these pink Flamingos, when we recently had our Estate/Garage/Yard sales last month, working towards a "Full-Timer" lifestyle. We thought the Rally would be a target market to sell 'em to. So if anyone is interested, just let us know. We have a few available.

We are devastated! Due to a tow vehicle issue that can't be resolved in time, we will not make it to Hot springs. I can't believe we're going to miss Aluminum Under the Rainbow 3.0! Eternally bummed, seriously

We left denver last night at 7, and spent the night at the Flying J in Limon Co amidst wind, thunder and the rest. This morning it's 46 degrees extreme overcast low clouds and rain. Wonderful. Arkansas better have sun!!
