Besides Kathy and I there will be my Mom, sister, brother in law plus three young boys. We are all carnivores! I don't think we will land in Arkansas until 10ish on the pm side. If you need to clean up after dinner we would understand. We have no problem eating caveman style ( using our hands, for you city folk). I will bring lots of disc, more then enough for everybody that wants to play. I can even pack my basket so we can have some practice before we hit the tee-box.

We need to look at getting a "gated community" our selves..... This will be the second trip for one and the first for the other!

2 Cowboys; I am counting on those chaffing dishes! I also read back through the posts and realized that Cowboy Dave had a B-day! Congrats!

Flysoncloud; I am sure things will still be rolling at 10! I will try to remember to keep some aside in the cooler for you! Speaking of caveman style.... Didn't even think about plates and utensils! This is starting to be one high class soiree!

Don't worry about plates and utensils, we can all bring our own.

Also I have two big Sterno cans and will be rolling in @ 6 PM if my flight doesn't have any delays. We're pretty much ready on this end and the Bambi comes home Saturday for a good cleaning! Darn birds just love pooping on her in storage! See y'all soon.

Glad ya mentioned the Sterno, because as I said earlier, we don't have any w/us. BYOP&U works for us! It still cuts down on the # of dishes I'll have to do... YaY!
As for B'days... yes, my Husband is now officially pushin' 50. And don't think I forgot the paddle we promised to bring. Ya have a choice of 2:
• An Aluminum one (of course)
•And one made of an actual Tire tread

No need to get scared. I saw that there'll be a few youngens. So either the paddles will get no use, or plenty. Depending on everyone's behavior. LoL
Not to worry, as we have been transitioning from life behind a bar on Bourbon street, to one of various campgrounds filled w/kids... I've already been practicing my "G" rated voice.

So, I wish I were writing to say I've worked it all out and I'll be there Thursday, but alas it seems like I'll be the only one not getting there until Friday. Things are still hopping at work, and David F has a rough schedule this month but will actually be off Thursday, so I want to stay in Fort Worth until Friday morning.

I was thinking about the pot luck and had to look 4 pages back to find the original rainbow-colored dishes thing (and I configure AIRForums for LONG pages, 50 posts each!) Hmmm... I'll think about it.

Just me again this year, but only one more year of residency to go for him! He should be able to make it next year since I think he's going to set a slacker schedule for NEXT June, which will be his last month of residency... he gets to set the schedule now that he's Chief Resident, though he probably doesn't want me to admit that.
