As far as bringing something, that would be great. We are bringing Ribs and red wines. a side dish or other adult beverage would be great. Here is who and what we have so far:

I believe it's easier on a PC but I normally use the iPad and agree its a pain.

Having just retired from 25yrs in the Bar Business, I volunteer to bring & set up the "Rib-Tip" jar on behalf of Wxbuoy. I have a simple black box (& a label maker) that'll be perfectly discrete. As long as there's no objections.

Just make a normal size dish. We always have a ton of food at these potlucks.

No big deal... I have work buddy's who have a BBQ team that competes. He normally places in the top 5 and has won one in the past year. They are always cooking to perfect their times/recipes. I am going to pick up the cost of the meat (he get's it at wholesale price) and I can have as many racks as I need.
