We're all filled up! Zell and I are picking out decorations for the"party Spot" and trying to figure out the movie we are going to show. Knowing it will not be watched from start to Finish were thinking Sordid Lives? Any suggestions?

The chafing dishes sound great! I had planned on cutting them into 1 and two bones to make storing, transporting and reheating easier, so that would be great!

Also- We're keeping/bringing 1, if not 2 commercial grade (large) stainless chaffing dishes that may help w/the ribs. Now... to locate that (favorite) Paddle, in this mess.

That's a great question! I will hopefully be there early afternoon and get the ribs warming up soooo... I think maybe start at 5:30 ish and go until the food is gone. But the wine will be out earlier so it could be from 5 to 8 when we start depending on how soon we get the munchies and how complicated a chaffing dish is to operate after a few drinks!

If someone is running late, give a shout and we will save you some! (that goes for ribs, but there is no telling how long the hooch is going to hold out)

Well, our schedule is pretty fluid (at least after this week), so we'll do our best to roll in to Catherine's Landing sometime mid day. The earlier we can get settled, the more we can help.

Will you need our chafing dishes? We can bring them and plan to be there around 6-7 PM Thursday. We are ordering the Tshirts this Tuesday and found someone to do it for Under $20! I will post the final price when we place the order. I'm looking forward to,a fun rally and hopefully nice weather!

Cowboy Dave has all the colors easily covered... except Blue. That's the challenging one. But he's been experimenting w/some ideas. We just about always accomplish our goals.
