I'm certainly confused when you mention pro-pride hitch installed upside down. How is that even possible?

And keep in mind that Mr. Murphy was an optimist....

While I truly enjoy my Classic I do often think that I cold have bought 4 or 5 SOB's thrown them away every couple of years and still be money ahead.

RVs, airplanes & boats are large holes where money just disappears.

The yoke was installed upside down for about 6 weeks or so, during which time we had frightening sway issues and hitching up was a nightmare. (After the accident, we took a 2-day driving course, and the sway issues also alarmed our driving instructor, so much so that during a break one day, we had a group call with Sean.) We thought we'd made a big mistake going with a ProPride. The upside-down yoke wasn't noticeable to the half-dozen or so people who saw it, some who'd had PP hitches themselves.

It was only when I texted photos to Sean who was helping us troubleshoot all the issues we were having, that he spotted it. When DH and Keith took the hitch apart to reinstall the yoke, they found severe metal damage on the underside. Sean overnighted replacement parts (free of charge, I might add). His customer service throughout the ordeal was outstanding.
