Nesting with the new classic

We have a 2015 Classic and with spending more time inside, decided its time to do some decorating on the walls. We like the idea of being able to restore or undo our decoration choices with minimal damage or permanent traces.

1. What methods can be used to attach hooks/objects to the flat panel areas on the window treatments without tearing or leaving holes?

2. What are common methods to attach stuff to the wood panels without worrying about scratches or other signs of wear?

Can these things be left mounted while towing or should they be taken down.

We're talking pictures, clocks, etc.

For fastening stuff to hard surfaces, the 3M Command line of removable adhesive fasteners is the almost universal favorite. They have a variety of hooks as well as some velcro-like stuff. Highly recommended

I use nails and screws for anything but lightweight objects where adhesive failure wouldn't damage anything. I've used the temporary adhesive hooks for things that are, well, temporary, especially when I'm not sure of the exact best location for something.

Well placed hangers can always be used for a different object if your tastes change. I'm on my second clock, for example, the first one having failed.
