Lounge Skylight Assy & Power Jack Questions
We just returned from a 30 day trip to the East Coast (from Arizona) in our new 2015 Classic. This was our 5th trip in the new trailer (and the longest), and overall it was a great success. We did however, encounter a couple of issues and wanted to find out if anyone else has experienced them.
1st Issue (Skylight Assembly) - The plastic skylight assembly in the lounge area has a tendency to slip downward about an inch after traveling for any significant distance. It does not fall out from the ceiling but slips at least an inch (mostly on one end). Because I cannot tell how it is suppose to be held in place I have resisted the urge to pull it all of the way down and out for fear of breaking something. Any ideas on how to correct this?
2nd Issue (Power Jack) - Half way through our trip, the Power Jack would not always hold up the combination trailer and truck rear end when disconnecting the Sway/Weight Distribuition Bars (Husky Centerline Hitch). Once disconnected from the truck, it always held the trailer fine. It seems that maybe there is some locking mechanism which does not always engage after extending the Jack. Any ideas on this?
I greatly appreciate any inputs you have on these two issues.
Thanks,
Tony
