2017 Classic Question (Batteries and Solar Controller)

Hello folks. I just wanted to ask anyone with a 2017 Classic with factory solar installed, exactly which batteries and charge controller are standard on the trailer? I'm trying to learn/understand ... I want to upgrade the charge controller with enough capacity for a small bit of growth/rapid 4-stage charging and it would be helpful to know exactly which model is installed now.

Many thanks!

Airstream is only using 10 gage wire so you won't be able to upgrade very much, not with out upgrading your wiring. Check with your dealer.

2017 Classic Question (Batteries and Solar Controller)

Unfortunately, dealers are mostly CLUELESS about solar. Best to find a certified, experienced RV solar professional to get some REAL answers.

Lew, I suspect that dealers are clueless about a lot of things, based on the answers I have gotten for simple questions. I submit that all too many of them are only good at selling things. There are notable exceptions, sadly they are a minority.
