You can also check to see if you have a pilot light/flame. Bright daylight hard to see but in shade or low light open the door and you should be able to see the blue flame. There is a tube running from left to right on the bottom right side. Put your head to the left down low and sight along the tube to the right and you should see it.

Usually it is air in the lines. Turn everything on, stove, fridge on propane, furnace.

This sometimes happened to me after changing propane tanks. Usually I would get the propane error message on the fridge. Turn it all on for a few minutes and the fridge was happy again.

The water heater is at the end of the propane line, so there is a strong possibility air has not completely been purged from the line as the safety shuts of the valve fairly quickly so a "poof" does not blow the side out of the trailer. There are several threads about bleeding the water heater to be sure no air is in the the tank as there can be issues if there is a large air pocket in the tank.

After the trailer has been ideal awhile, I let the hot water in the kitchen run a bit to purge air out of the line before energizing the water heater. I also lift the brass pop-off valve on the tank itself to be sure there is no air in the tank.

Power Stablizers

Will the power stabilizers lift the corner of the trailer for leveling purposes?

Thanks

I recall the power stabilizers are not intended for leveling.

No. They are for stabilizing, not lifting. A nice feature of the power stabilizers is that they are set for the amount of force necessary to stabilize. Period. If you hold down on the buttons when the right force is reached they are done. Unlike using the power drill and putting too much force and then having an issue closing the door because the frame has twisted.

Another good reason to use the manual speed wrench on the stabilizers. I give them a another one eighth to a quarter turn once they are solid on the ground and then check them the next day for settling.

I thought the 2015 had electric stabilizers. I guess the same principle could be put into practice- push the switch-
It is a good idea to walk around theLynx Leveler trailer and check them so that you don't have a stabilizer foot not touching the ground-
I give one last little "umph" on the crank or get one little creak or groan from the trailer. When not on pavement, I put a Lynx Leveler square under each stabilizer foot and the jack foot to give a slightly larger footprint and maybe avoid sinking in the dirt.

Our very first camping trip we were parked on a sandy area. Those expanded plastic tire supports naturally slowly sank into the sand overnight. Then more interesting things occurred, but it sure was another learning experience.

I now carry short pieces of 4 x 6 boards for the stabilizers and hitch jack for those less than level places.

Stabilizers/levelers

As one who has had a 20 ton moho, I can attest to the importance of having a solid base for any projection from the trailer to the ground. On soft surfaces, one can find themselves digging holes rather than stabilizing trailers....and with my moho I dug some about eight inches deep in grass.

So, I have 18" square, 1 1/2" thick pads which the tires can rest on, and for the stabilizers, 9" x 18" pads 1 1/2" thick, and these do not sink into the ground, thus making the whole issue of getting a trailer level and stable, a no brainer. Oh, yes, each pad has a rope attached so as to make handling these quite easy.

Remember there should be an air pocket at the top of the hot water tank. If there is no air pocket the the pressure relief valve will leak due to the pressure inside the hot water tank.

Hey ReMax Gal! Have you taken delivery of my trailer yet? It was supposed to have been here by the first of April. I haven't seen any posts from you being all "giddy!" I hope you haven't been delayed, like so many others?
