The Magnum Owners/Installation manuals are on line at their website.

Inverter/Chargers Sinewave Documents - Magnum Energy, Inc.

I would suggest that anyone considering these devices, download and read the manual. These are not cheap devices, so the decision between the MS and MSH devices needs to be clear to the purchaser before ordering.

They are two entirely different wiring designs. The MSH would work well on the 30 amp 120Vac service Airstreams, but the MS series is more compatible for the 50 Amp 240Vac service Airstreams which typically have dual air conditioners.

SILVER LEAF II HAS ARRIVED. This morning from JC to my dealer in Colfax, NC. Terry had it all prepped for me, and Ricky at ODM mounted the ProPride. SO, SilverLeaf II is now in my driveway where it will reside until I get roof projects done (6 solar panels, Winegard Travl'r Sat Dish, Jack Antenna, WiFi Ranger, Wilson Cell System, Voyager Rear View Camera). After which, it goes further up the driveway into the Airstream shed. All hooked up to the driveway 50AMP service. Check out my photos. Oh, yes, I already had custom spread pre-made....

Barry, Don't forget to let people know about the new, improved inverter/shore power transfer system...

Just Beautiful.............

Barry,

Silver Leaf II is looking mighty good from afar. Can't wait to see it up close and personal at Alumilina. Don't work too hard making her yours!

Congrats......

Great looking Classic.

Now the customization begins. The process is limited only by your imagination (and cash flow)!

The tweaks and fine tuning are a never ending process.

My first full day with SilverLeaf II. Got Dill TPMS installed, wheels road force balanced, and reinstalled with Centramatics. Voyager WiFi rear view camera also installed and working! My genuine John Leake 3 hole flag holder is installed, lighting needs to be hooked up to electric. BIG QUESTION to other '15 Classic owners: how do you modify the window lifts so you can pull the shades down without hanging up on them? I slimmed down a couple of the window lifts, but still too long. Got my graphics and WBCCI numbers on. Have determined that the radio antenna is about 4 inches too far rearward and will interfere with my Winegard Travl'r Sat. Dish....so it's going to get "relocated" -- not an easy job. Tomorrow I'll install the Maxim skylights and ditch the A/S Saran Wrap OEM versions. Gotta tell you, we LOVE the trailer. Glenn has been busy doing Easy Liner Supreme Grip in all of the GENUINE cherry cabinets. Here are some photos of today's work..

Are those the OEM clearance lights?

And what of the dreaded whine of the recliner/inverter?

Well, they are the lights that were on the trailer when I picked it up yesterday...

There is a new and (hopefully) improved inverter/shore power transfer system. Zero noise from the WFCO inverter....though I'll be getting rid of it soon once I install my Magnum MSH. From a quick look it appears as if I will put my batteries under the forward dinette seat (and lose the drawer), and will move the subwoofer from under the rear dinette seat and put the Magnum there. Wish there were more room around the main electrical panel, but the word "impossible" isn't part of my lexicon!

The new, improved way the inverter system works is the outlets themselves are dual powered. That is, if you are hooked up to 120 volts, the inverter no longer needs to be on to operate the recliners.
The televisions and Blue Ray player are also on common inverter/120volt outlets, and don't need to be unplugged/replugged. I think it's great, and a lot less hassle. Time, of course, will tell how well and for how long the new system works.

BAB, congratulations on your new unit. They are nice, but need a little fine tuning. Your question about the window shades, drill the slot a little deeper in the rubber knob so it will slip closer to the window. I only had one that was close and gave me issues, my parents on the other hand had the issue with almost all the shades. I also noticed a few other differences in the units, they came off the line a month apart. So the factory is making some changes. I like your upgrades, let me know about that rearview camera you installed, I'm looking for one.

Barry have you looked under/behind the front couch to see if there wouldn't be room there for batteries and the inverter?
