Who finalizes installation of the TVs?
I was doing work around the TV when I noticed that the TV was mounted to the VESA bracket with English screws instead of the correct metric screws. The English screws were really jammed in. Fortunately the TV's threads weren't stripped and I was able to replace with the proper screws.

Did the dealer do this or the factory? By design or mistake?

My bracket was not adjusted by the factory. Dealer corrected the issue.
