Where is the Fuse Box on the 2013 FC?
Hello!
We just got back from a 4-day trip to Ocean Shores - had a great time! Anyway, the stove fan & light went out while we were there. We figured it was a blown fuse. We tried to find the fuse box, but couldn't find it.
So that's my question - where is the fuse box on our 2013 Flying Cloud?
Thanks so much!
Hope you all had a great holiday!!

I am sure it is the same as my 2014 FC 20'. You will find a brown rectangular cover with vent louvers near the floor someplace in your rig. The top section is hinged and is held in place with a little brown plastic turn latch. Inside it on the right side are all the fuses for the 12 volt section, and on the left side are the circuit breakers for the 120 volt side of your two power systems.

Thanks idroba!
So it's in the same box as the circuit breakers? I saw the box, and saw the circuit breakers, but didn't see the fuses. But I'm not surprised, we just took a quick peek and we didn't have an extra fuse to change it anyway.
But thanks for the info. I'll take another look.

The fuse for the hood fan and light will not be found in the fuse panel. It is in the range hood itself inside the screen, and good luck finding a replacement.

Thanks Terry!
So....what do you mean by "good luck finding a replacement"? Isn't it something I can pick up at the dealer? Surely the fuse can't be too uncommon. It's a new stove! And the fan and light has to work, can't really cook without the fan.
What do you know that I should know?

there are posts on the forum indicating that fuse may be smaller than required. try using the google search.

It's something like a 3.1 amp fuse. Our dealership has been trying to get some for a while, now.

You might find that fuse at an electronics store like a Radio Shack. Those fine settings are usually not to be found at an automotive parts store.

On my 2012 International the inline glass fuse is located behind the removable mesh screen. As other have mentioned it's an odd sized fuse, if I'm not mistaken 3.15A. I found a bunch of replacements but after blowing two more I contacted Airstream in Ohio and was told it was o.k. to replace the fuse with a 5A fuse.
Please do not take my message as permission to increase the size of your fuse. I strongly suggest you phone Airstream or email them. Feel free to quote me on this.
