I've a one place round sink as well. I'm going to get this. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping...-drainer/54828 I saw a collapsible tub too..that looks like the drainer will fit into. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping...ible-tub/54469 or just use a cheapo tub one might already have. I'm thinking the expandable can sit off to the side in the tub..when done expand the handles over the sink to further drain freeing up the counter space again for my glass-o-wine whilst drying..lol, or not.
