The Throne and The 23FB

Unless you're playing center for the Mavericks, you're probably wondering who, in their right mind, was responsible for the design of the toilet. The two of us are short, but only those whose height reaches 7 feet can comfortably set on the throne in relative comfort.

Here's our solution AND it's adjustable.
Tone Fitness Aerobic Stepper - Walmart.com

No longer do we set on the throne and worry about keeping our balance.

Brilliant solution!
We don't have that problem but one has to wonder, did the AS designers ever try it on for size??

The ingenuity of the Airstreamers on these Forums never ceases to amaze me.

Naw, if they were really slick they'd have built the cat's litter box into it.

If you ever met the current CEO of Thor (former boss at Airstream), you would understand. He is at least 6'6". A guy I really look up to...

The height of the throne in the 23FB is definitely one of those things you've got to wonder about... What's that wand on the left?

Love your solution. At 5ft 6 I feel like I am climbing a ladder to reach the can. I am glad I am not the only one feeling this way.

Don't have that problem on our 25FB but I love the spray hose. I now have a new project.

Hi, our toilet is raised too and we don't have any problems with the height. Hard to tell from the pictures, but yours looks like it sits higher than ours.

We will trade with anyone who wants our squatter. I hate having my knees above my elbows.

I wonder if throne height will become an option.

Hi, I believe that the regular toilets are 17.5"s tall and the low profile toilets are about 13"s tall. The low profiles are used for the pedestals. [like mine]

Americans may not be particularly taller nowadays (reversing three-hundred years of history; since WWII that would be Europeans), but they are "bigger" . . so a bigger black tank may make sense.

That little wand is another modification to the "Throne".

It's a hand sprayer that should have been included in the purchase of said trailer, but wasn't. A call to Thetford solved the problem. It's an accessory that's pretty easy to install yourself.

Did they forget it? Ours has one in there and it's an 06. I thought it was standard but we have a china toilet in there as well maybe the PO did some upgrades.
