Stray Bolt

We found this bolt under our 2009 Flying Cloud. Cannot find any missing bolts anywhere on the trailer. Can anyone identify??? Will much appreciate any help with this.

The bolt appears to be hollow and if so that would make it a drain cock. These are used to keep the mud daubers at bay.

Intriguing. Perhaps on the spare tire carrier? Some other place where the metal is the same or a part rotates. Won't sleep tonight until this is resolved. Door latch part? At a folding bracket that holds something up? Inside the rear bumper storage compartment? Awning part? Antenna bracket? Oh well, if you can't find where it belongs, it will be perfectly happy in a jar along with the other nuts and bolts that Airstreamers have the propensity to collect. Better there than on the ground. It does look similar to the ones on the sides of the steps, however the ones on mine are all allen key heads.

Maybe it is an airstream egg?

Good one. I think you should win the " most logical answer" award. Jim
