Storage containers to fit pantry shelves

I am looking for some containers for coffee, tea, sugar, mixed nuts, etc that will fit in the metal racks in the pantry. The racks are quite narrow and most reusable plastic storage containers are too wide. Any recommendations? Sure canned goods fit in there, but other than a bit of soup, I don't buy canned goods.

We don't have those racks, but The Container Store has a wide variety of storage containers you could try. They are on-line and have stores also. I have pop-up top storage containers that are 4 inch diameter or less for coffee, sugar, etc that work well. I have seen similar containers with a different type of pop top at Walmart.
Good luck!

Storage containers to fit pantry shelves

Hi,
I found some Tupperware I have owned for nearly 35 years works terrific for the pull out pantry.
Specifically, Tupperware "Oval" Modular Storage Mates....guess you could label mine "vintage" but they work great! .......seems they are still available- http://www.tupperware.com/Tupperware...searchSize=12/

I'm currently looking for a collapsible dish pan to fit in my FC 20'FB kitchen sink....turn out I utilize more water washing dishes than when showering. My goal is to try to camp more eco friendly when boondocking/ without water or sewer connections to increase gray water storage between dumping.

Have fun filling your pantry,
FCloud9

We spied a collapsible dish pan at The Container Store this week. Check online to determine the size.

We have mostly cans in ours but the new size 26 oz. coffee containers fit the shelves nicely. Folgers and Maxwell House have the plastic ones with built in handles.

I have saved the larger peanut containers, about 24 oz. size. When empty I scrub them out, soak off the labels and remove the sealer from the cap. You can put all sorts of things in them and see through to the contents because they're clear.

These Lock n Lock containers fit great. So do the ones that are a little taller than these, if you have your shelves arranged with a tall section.

Check out SnapWare ... we use those and they fit perfectly in the fridge, and stack nicely to make use of all the space in the cabinets with curved back walls. Not sure if they will work in your particular situation.

I bought these containers at two different Dollar General stores. Love em! They're inexpensive, fit perfectly in my 25FB pantry, and hold just what I need. The smaller one holds a regular bag of coffee, the larger holds a small flour or sugar. Both come with scoops of either 1 or 2 Tbsp, and I just discovered there's a place to store the scoop. The indentations on the tops allow them to be stacked. See photos.
