Shower height in Flying Cloud 23FB

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. We are about to buy our first Airstream.... a 23FB Flying Cloud. I am curious to know if anyone has the shower dimensions available. In particular, trying to find the shower height. Thanks and happy holidays! Keri

Hi, and welcome! We don't have the FB, but our 2008 23' Airstream also has the shower located in a back corner (you can go to the airstream.com website and view the floorplans).

Your question is a bit tricky because, as I am sure you noticed, Airstreams are not square. The highest point in the shower stall is where you enter, and that is 6 feet. The ceiling tapers out and down from there as it follows the roofline.

Because the shower head is removable and hand-held, and because there is a seat to sit on, the amount of space in there seems perfectly adequate to us. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 180.

We thought we might not use the shower much, but quickly changed our minds with experience. Hope this helps........

We have a 2015 FC 23FB. I'm 5'11" and I find the height of the shower in the middle has adequate height. The shower head does not adjust high enough for me to rinse off my head after shampooing without taking the shower sprayer off the wall. I don't find this to be an issue. Hope this is helpful.

Gee whiz, I don't know. What I will say is that at 6'4" and more mass than I will admit, a shower in our FC23FB is easy and preferable to going to camp showers. Pat

I am 5'11" and use the shower for myself and our small terrier without difficulty in our 23FB. I find it helpful to latch shower door from inside to prevent accidentally opening the shower door. In warm weather Sparky gets showered outdoors!
