Shifting mattress

Just returned from first trip out in 23fb. The mattress moves quite a bit, a few inches from head to toe and left to right. Any ideas on how to anchor it?

I recently I recently bought a new foam mattress. Cut it over sized to fit the space. No more shifting.

Funny, I was just working on this yesterday. I put apiece of the stuff you use to keep rugs from slipping under the mattress. Seems very solid, but haven't given it a sleep tet yet.

They make velcro strips in various widths that have an adhesive backing for each side (i.e., fuzzy and hook sides.) You could attach a few pieces of these to the corners of the platform and mattress and secure the mattress.

I used flat top thumb tacks to hold this non slip rug liner in place on the plywood mattress platform - see picture. Works for me. Joe
