Sealing the bottom of a 26u

I am trying to bug/mouse proof our 26u. I spent a couple of days laying under the trailer this week taping all the belly pan seams with foil tape. I found several places that were not sealed, several loose pop rivets and holes not sealed where the gas lines enter the trailer. There were also a couple of the straps holding the gas line to the bottom that had pulled loose and a couple of places at the end of the bumper where the factory sealant has come loose and I can stick my fingers inside the gap. Ordered 3 tubes of Sikaflex and an air powered caulk gun. It's very difficult to use an ordinary caulk gun with a new cartridge in it. With the rod extended all the way out the back of the gun, it's too long to get a good angle. Never had or used an air powered gun, so we'll see if it works.
Now, I get to start on the inside. Waiting for longer table tops and I need to secure the a/c vent louvers so they won't fall out. I also need to secure the insulation in the return air ducts and try to secure the electrical boxes that are just hanging loose in the return air before they damage something.
Lot of shoddy workmanship going on at AS.

Got most of the items taken care of. Used 3m VHB tape on the a/c vents and used foil tape to secure the insulation in the return air. Looked at the loose hanging junction boxes but couldn't come up with a good way to secure them. The wires are so stiff and there are other wires in the way. I don't think VHB would hold and they really can't move very much.
Got my caulk gun and Sikaflex today, so I'll tackle that tomorrow.
