New 2015 Flying cloud twin 25' A RB

We took a trip to Colonial today and purchased a Flying cloud 25 twin A rear bedroom. Needless to say we are really excited about it. We looked at a 19c and a 23D also a 23 FB. But in the end this one suited us best. I guess we'll be picking it up in 2-3 weeks.

Here is Julie checking it out.

Wow. It's like kids at Christmas. Congrats. And welcome. And telling you to enjoy would be wasting my breath. However I can predict it is going to be a long couple of weeks waiting for your new toy.

That's my preferred 25 floorplan too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it for many years.

Congrats! Our 2014 FC RB is our pride and joy, perfect layout for two and two dogs. Be sure to ask the Forum people about the idiosynracies and valve locations so you won't repeat our history.....!

Congratulations!

I just watched your video. I'm saying "which one did you choose"! (I have been watching the 3 that Colonial has) and then you said it has solar panels on the roof. Now I know. For us, it has to be a 2015 because of the updated shades and the ducted air. You are so fortunate! I am look from Buffalo and waiting for an opportunity to drive out for a weekend and get into one of the 2 left. It has to be Golden Night Cashew. I'm dying to ask the price, but a polite person doesn't ask on-line:-)

Have fun picking it up!

Jukeboxfun, I remember you posting a question about your TV. Are you planning to tow your new baby with your RAM 1500?

I was just curious because in one of your previous posts you were asking if your RAM 1500 would tow a 19' and now you bought a 25'. Obviously a difference in tongue weight and tow weight.

What convinced you that you could tow something bigger than 19'?

BTW that looks like a really nice AS. I'm planning to take a trip to Colonial in a month or so. IMHO you made a good choice!

If we don't overload we will be fine. Besides, I think the factory tow ratings leave a margin of error. Dry weight on this one is 5,600 lbs. plus 1200 lbs cargo equals 6800 lbs. which is what my truck is rated at. As far as hitch weight the cargo capacity in the truck bed is 1350. Besides it's got a hemi in it.

My '14 25' FC weighs 6,600 lbs fully loaded. You'll be fine.

Congratulations! We have the same FC 25 RB model in the queen bed configuration. You will love it, an idea size for a variety of travel and camping needs. We also tow it with a Ram 1500 Hemi and it's a wonderful combination, many cross-country and extended trips since we got it.
