Just brought the 2014 30' FC home today

After ordering our new 30ft FC Airstream in September, we drove it home yesterday from the dealership. Since the dealer knew this was our first RV of any kind, their delivery was awesome--two and half days was spent on on outside, inside, electronics, awnings, shop for aftermarket stuff, an hour and half driving school, hitch basics ( Reese DualCam) tire exchange 16"/rims and personal phone number for the service manager. This dealership is the only one in New Mexico, Holiday Travel Trailer--they have been a dealer since 2001 and service many types of trailers, with emphasis on AS. They even put our Sleep Number bed together for us. Now the fun really begins--we are registered for several 4CU week end rallys and thinking of the International Rally in July. Thanks to all for your guidance on the Forum, and hope to see many of you down the road.

Congrats. Fun times ahead and safe travels. Picking up our first TT in May and hopefully my dealer(Toscano) will be just as helpful. Will also be towing with a Denali.

The surprise of the whole experience was the tow vehicle (truck) it handled the Cloud, with ease, considering I live at 7300 ft, the climb was a breeze. Once i figure out how to post pictures on this forum that will be my next project. Solar gets installed on the 3/27, dealing with a space issue as I have two Air Conditioners that are taking much needed roof space.

Thanks all, solar being installed this week by dealer, then off to four week end rally's over the next three months, with the International end of June. Have a camping goal in our first year.
