Help with water heater

Our 2014 FC 23 FB is a great. We are in Yellowstone and I have my first issue. NO HOT WATER. H2O switch is in the bath. One side for LP and the other for shore power. Neither switch ignites the water hear and the indicator light does not come on. Checked the breaker near the main and seems fine. Removed the switch and all connections look good.
Anyone know if there is an inline fuse of some sort that I can trace down?
For now we will use the campground showers.
Thanks for your help.

Have you previously had hot water on both the LP and electric? Did you winterize and forget to turn the bypass valves? Is the 12 volt master battery switch in the "use" position? Do you have flame at your stove? Sorry for the basic questions but we need to have a place to start. By the way, welcome to the forums.

Assuming that you are plugged into a working shore power outlet, assuming that you do have propane and it is turned on, assuming that all your AC & DC fuses/breakers are fine, and assuming that your hot water worked previously this camping season, I am going to suggest that you have a bad logic board. The logic board is the most likely cause of a simultaneous failure of both the AC and propane sides of the hot water heater. If you are handy you can replace the board yourself, otherwise, it's an easy fix for an RV mechanic. The Atwood hot water heater is used throughout the RV industry and just about any competent RV mechanic/shop will have the part and can fix it inside an hour.
