Dinette Folding Table Leg Length?

My 2011 FC 25 FB twin has the older, thinner, round retractable table leg.

I was thrilled to find online what looked to be exactly the oval, broader retractable leg used on the current year FCs. Click image for larger version

Google 635.64.901 if you are interested in seeing what I found.

I ordered it in order to upgrade, but was disappointed to find it to be about 2 inches too short for my table. The new leg is 27.5 inches tall, while my current leg is about 29.5 inches.

So my question is, does Airstream use a longer version of this leg for current models, or are the current dinette tables 2 inches lower than the 2011 units? If anyone with a current year FC could measure their retractable leg/table height to help me solve this puzzle, I'd appreciate it greatly!

Jay, I checked the dimensions on the website you linked, and yep... it's 27.5" If anyone finds on in 29.5" please post a source- I like the looks of the oval one better, too.

Our dealer recently replaced our table with the new oval leg however it looks like it is too tall by about an inch. Do you still have your tall leg you posted? I may be able to modify your short leg to fit ours. PM me if you want to work something out.

Hate to dig up an old post, but did you ever find a leg. We have the same as you, and would like a stronger better leg.

The newer oval table leg can be purchased thru any Airstream dealer or in person if you visit Jackson Center. Mine cost about 68 bucks but that was a year and a half ago so may be a bit more now. When you get it you will likely have to shorten it a bit. Easy to do - remove the bottom cap and cut off what you need and replace the cap.
