Bunk house FC23

I have never seen a bunkhouse and was wondering if anyone knows when they started making them in the 23, as I see a 2015 advertised with one.
A 23 bunkhouse seems like it would be perfect for me. If I didnt sleep up there, I could put my extra stuff up there. Seems like it would hold so much stuff.
Anybody have one that can tell me some pro's and con's of having a bunk up there.

Seems like it would be a very cramped layout. Not a lot of extra room in a 23.

Airstream added a single bunk above the rear corner bed on the 23D models a couple of years ago as an option. Pretty slick idea for an extra bed I think. I don't think Airstream calls this a "bunkhouse", maybe the seller gave it this misnomer for a little added value.

If you could use the bunk and take out bottom bed, add a recliner and you could have yourself a little area.
