26u under bunk storage

My wife is constantly knocking the hinges loose on the curb side rear storage door. The front one never comes apart. Upon further inspection, the front curb side storage has a wooden grid to keep the storage bin from hitting the hinges. Neither of the street side compartments have the grid. Is this normal or was this something else that AS forgot on our trailer? It looks like a simple fix.

Most don't have them at all. It's a simple thing of knocking one together out of 4 sections of plywood, and laying it in the bottom of the storage area. You already have one to use as a pattern.
